Building Champions On and Off the Field
Elite Youth Flag Football is a family-owned and operated NFL FLAG league serving the South Bay Area of California, with programs in San Jose and Sunnyvale for players from Pre-K through high school. Founded with a passion for making football accessible to every kid — regardless of experience level — we've grown into one of the most recognized youth flag football programs in the region, earning the 2024 NFL FLAG Rookie League of the Year award and becoming a finalist for NFL FLAG League of the Year in 2025. As an official NFL FLAG league and proud member of the 49ers Flag Family, we provide every player with NFL-branded jerseys and equipment, a true competitive pathway, and year-round development through our skill clinics and camps held throughout the year. Last year, we fully sponsored 6 teams and 60 players to compete in the 49ers Flag Regional Tournament — and 2 of those teams (8U & 10U) earned their way to the NFL FLAG National Tournament in Indianapolis, representing our league on a national stage with 20 players. This season, we're on pace to double our regional sponsorships, with 60 players already lined up to compete in the Raiders and Chargers Regional Tournaments this fall — and we plan to sponsor players in the spring regional tournaments as well. Whether your child is stepping onto a field for the first time or chasing a national title, Elite Youth Flag Football is where kids build skills, make lifelong friends, and fall in love with the game.

Elite Youth Flag Football is dedicated to providing a competitive, structured, and exciting environment where young athletes can develop their skills, build confidence, and experience the game of football the right way. Our league focuses on teaching fundamentals, promoting teamwork, and creating a positive atmosphere where players can grow both on and off the field. With organized divisions, professional game-day experiences, and a strong emphasis on development, we aim to help every athlete reach their potential while having fun and building a lasting love for the game.
